Refund PolicyOur refund policy states that if you decide to back out of a started dog for any reason while the dog in training at our facility, we will relist, resell, and then refund you after the dog has sold. You will be refunded the full amount you had paid down on the dog. The does not include remaining unpaid balance.
We do promise that after 6 months if your dog has not sold we will start a refunding payment plan. While most dogs sell rather quickly we cannot control the market. We can control our promise to refund you in full. Most kennels DO NOT offer this. We want to provide quality care to our customers and the dogs. |
Reselling PolicyIt is within our right to sell a dog at a greater cost than what you originally paid for the dog. Reasons we may do this are:
|
What if my dog washes out?Sometimes dogs start out well and fizz out, some just never catch on, and frankly some just don't care. This can happen. When this happens we will restart a new dog for you and find a home for the washout. If the second dog doesn't turn out to the level or liking at the point of ready to leave we will resell and refund you or start a new pup again if that is what you choose. Remember these are animals and we do our best to bring out their best!

What if I bring the dog home and its not a good fit?Sometimes all the pieces fit but one. Some dogs just don't like certain families or people. Some owners have a hard time leading and some dogs take full advantage. While this doesn't happen a lot, it can. So what do we do if this happens......
I will often (but not always) accept the dog back if the owner has proven to try everything I suggest, puts in a true effort, and gives the dog a proper amount of time to adjust (2-6 weeks). If the owner is honest, provides good communication, and we work together on this issue. Depending on the dog's mental and physical health and training level we can resell the dog and refund you. If too much time has passes you may not be refunded in the full amount paid for the dog. IF YOU DON'T COMMUNICATE TO ME I CAN'T HELP YOU! If you call me six month later or a year and are upset there is not much I can do at that point but give advice. |
